Eugene started over 20 years ago as an embedded Linux engineer, building firmware, automating server deployments, and shipping products where reliability was non-negotiable. Over a full decade at SaM Solutions he progressed from developer to tech lead to project manager, carrying a consistent instinct: find where complexity blocks people, and remove it.

As Project Management Officer for the past decade, he has put that instinct to work at organizational scale. He designs the PM standards, playbooks, and operating practices used across SaM’s distributed delivery teams. He has built and run development programs for 30+ project managers, contributing to 40+ professional certifications. As product owner of internal platforms he turns operational pain points into tools people actually adopt. More recently, he has led SaM’s practical AI enablement effort: GPU-backed infrastructure, local LLM deployments, and knowledge-base workflows, so teams can work smarter without sensitive data leaving the building.
