After graduating from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, Andrei worked there as assistant professor, associate professor, and head of department. In 1992, he received a one-year scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), during which he established valuable business contacts in Germany. These connections helped him start SaM Solutions in 1993 by bringing together a small team of fellow graduates and university colleagues.
In 1998, Andrei moved to Germany and took over the management of SaM Solutions GmbH. Under his management, the company became a major player in the software outsourcing industry. Since 2013, Andrei has served as the non-executive Chairman of SaM Solutions.
