Pavel Khovrenkov
CEO, SaM Solutions
Since joining SaM Solutions at its founding in 1993, Pavel has held various management positions within the company. In 2001, Pavel joined VPIsystems, a US-based solutions provider for the telecommunications industry, where he oversaw the creation and operations of the VPI Development Center, a Minsk-based R&D department. Following SaM Solutions’ acquisition of the VPI Development Center in 2013, Pavel was appointed CEO and joined the board of directors of the SaM Solutions Group. Pavel holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics and a degree in Law from Belarusian State University. He also received a DAAD scholarship and studied at Saarbrücken and Bamberg Universities in Germany.
Konstantin Pashkevich
CFO, SaM Solutions
Konstantin brings over 15 years of financial management experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer and board member at SaM Solutions. Before joining SaM Solutions in 2013, he spent 12 years as Finance Manager and Deputy Managing Director at VPIsystems’ R&D division in Minsk. Prior to VPIsystems, Konstantin held various financial positions in the IT industry. He has a magna cum laude degree in Electrical Engineering from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. Konstantin has completed several postgraduate courses, earning a diploma in industrial management from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. He also holds qualifications in international accounting and reporting standards (IAS/IFRS) from the Ernst & Young Academy of Business in Minsk.

Anton Dechko

Anton Dechko graduated from Minsk State Linguistic University in 2000 with a major in International Communications. In 2007, he completed a two-year postgraduate program in Business Administration at Belarusian State University. Mr. Dechko began his career in 2000 in the Marketing Department at SaM Solutions in Minsk. He progressed to the roles of Marketing Director and later Director of Business Development. In 2007, Mr. Dechko relocated to the company’s German headquarters, where he assumed responsibility for European sales and client accounts as Managing Director and board member.

Dmitry Koshkin
Director of US Operations, SaM Solutions USA
Dmitry Koshkin joined SaM Solutions USA in 2016 as an Account Manager and Business Development Manager. In 2018, he was appointed Managing Director of the company’s U.S. division. Dmitry brings over a decade of experience in IT consulting, including the implementation of enterprise information systems for leading global vendors, as well as program and project management for major clients in Eastern Europe.
He has received several awards for successfully deploying innovative technologies in Eastern European markets. Dmitry earned a degree in engineering and later studied at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), further developing his technical expertise at Bauman Moscow State Technical University. He is currently completing his MBA at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Iryna Shulieshova
Managing Director, SaM Solutions Poland
Iryna Shulieshova has served as Managing Director of SaM Solutions’ Poland office since 2022. After completing her collegiate education at the Ukrainian Academy of Banking, Iryna obtained her Ph.D. from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, one of Poland’s top universities. Post-graduation, Iryna moved on to management roles at several IT companies across Europe. Before joining SaM Solutions, she served for over five years as Global Director of Business at Central and Eastern Europe’s largest business incubator, Twój StartUp.

Ramunas Adamonis
Managing Director, SaM Solutions Lithuania
Ramunas Adamonis joined SaM Solutions as Managing Director of the Lithuanian office in 2021. Previously, he held several top-level management positions in international DIY companies based in Lithuania, Estonia, and Belarus. After receiving a degree in engineering from Kaunas Technology University, Ramunas enhanced his management skills in the US and Great Britain, leading to a successful 20-year career with Kesko Group companies. Mr. Adamonis has extensive experience in intercompany integration projects, including IT systems, process development, and optimization, as well as expertise in multicultural human resource management.

André Richter
General Manager, VPIphotonics
With SaM Solutions’ acquisition of the VPIphotonics business from VPIsystems in 2013, Dr. Andre Richter was appointed General Manager. Previously, Andre held several management positions at VPIsystems, where he was responsible for VPIphotonics’ technical services, product management, and research and development. A leading figure in the photonic design automation industry since 1997, he contributed numerous fundamental modeling advances and established an internationally renowned training and service program on computer-aided design of optical equipment and transmission systems. Andre holds degrees in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, USA (1995) and Technical University Berlin, Germany (1997). In 2002, he received his Ph.D. from TU Berlin for his innovative work on modeling long-haul WDM transmission systems. Andre co-authored more than 70 publications, including one book chapter.
