Solution
In the summer of 2019, SaM Solutions launched the internal SaM MeetApp — a comprehensive platform designed specifically to facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among employees.
Objectives of SaM MeetApp
- Establish a centralized platform for knowledge sharing and meetup organization across multiple office locations.
- Foster organized technical communities within the company.

Technical implementation
Initially, SaM Solutions’ team developed a web version and native applications for iOS and Android. Later, a cross-platform version was created based on .NET MAUI (formerly Xamarin).

To build trust, encourage horizontal relationships, and promote continuous professional growth, SaM Solutions organized five distinct technical communities: Java, .NET, Frontend, QA, and BA/PM. Each community has a dedicated chief specialist responsible for driving engagement, planning training activities, and hosting meetups.

To maximize event attendance and engagement, SaM Solutions assists speakers with professional presentation designs, promotional posters, and comprehensive event marketing via email and the SaM MeetApp itself.
