Brooklyn Soap Company’s existing store operated on Magento 2, which became a bottleneck for scalability and impacted development speed.
The objective was to migrate the entire store to Shopify, rebuild all key features, implement a new design system, and enhance overall storefront performance and flexibility.

To address Magento-Shopify data format incompatibility, we developed a custom Python-based converter that transformed exported Magento data into Shopify-compatible structures.
