Challenge
Birk Sport’s ecommerce operations were previously built on Shopify. While suitable during earlier growth stages, the platform began to limit performance and operational flexibility as the business expanded. To enhance operations, they needed a full-scale migration to a new, more reliable platform.
Another objective was redesigning the digital storefront to improve navigation, modernize the interface, and better reflect the brand identity.

- Reworked profile page: We organized account information into structured sections, including orders, wishlist, reviews, payment methods, and more.
- Condensed product pages: Our developers placed product descriptions into expandable submenus to avoid lengthy, cluttered pages.
