Client Profile

The Client is an international, cutting-edge marketing agency, specializing in both traditional and digital marketing, with an emphasis on social media. Its software needs are vast – spanning various delivery channels, including broadcast, web and mobile devices. The company began utilizing outsourcing more than a decade ago to provideadequate staffing that ensured all its clients were able to engage their audiences in different brand experiences.

Challenge

The client needed to create a website to inspire eco-friendly actions in the USA communities and to represent an awards program honoring Heroes who work to create, preserve, improve or enhance the shared outdoor places in multiple locations across the USA.

SOLUTION

During the project the SaM team had to bring together the site parts with different functionality to enable easy switching from mode to mode for vote/nominate phases allowing users to view mode-specific content. For this purpose, SaM set up and extended Umbraco and its functionality by adding XSLT and .NET modules.

The software solution enhanced customer service by providing:
